Traspiè è lieto di invitarvi alla Festa D’estate
‘encuentro milonguero informale’ dal 5 al 7 Luglio 2019.

Informale perché all’interno della milonga non ci saranno i settori uomini e donne divisi, ma soprattutto informale significa per noi porre l’accento sulla reale possibilità di incontro e di scambio tra le persone e sulla voglia di stare insieme.
L’estate col suo calore e gli spazi naturali nei quali saremo immersi ci aiuteranno nella ricerca di questo senso di condivisione.

Il tango sarà sempre il nostro protagonista, con tutti quei valori del tango sociale nei quali crediamo.

In tutte le nostre milonghe è gradito l’invito con mirada e cabeceo, il rispetto dei codici relativi alla buona educazione in pista e fuori dalla pista.
Balleremo con la musica tradizionale organizzata in tande e cortine, privilegiando l’abbraccio chiuso ed il rispetto degli spazi e degli altri ballerini.
Pensiamo che il rispetto di queste regole e comportamenti ci aiuti a creare l’armonia associata ad un evento speciale come questo.
La bellezza della pista è l’espressione tangibile delle emozioni dei milongueri e delle milonguere che in essa si abbracciano, si incontrano, si riconoscono

...se fosse solo una questione di passi sarebbe solo un ballo…


L’incontro si svolgerà interamente presso l’hotel “Fortebraccio”

L'hotel Fortebraccio, appena fuori le mura e a 3 minuti a piedi dal borgo medievale designato tra i 100 borghi più belli d'italia, ci accoglierà in una struttura semplice ed elegante da cui si gode di un panorama di straordinaria bellezza

Balleremo nella sala interna all’hotel con un comodissimo parquet in laminato ed un'ottima climatizzazione, ci faremo coccolare dalla rinomata cucina del ristorante dell’hotel ‘gonfalone’ e per rilassarci ci sarà la possibilità di accedere alla piccola spa interna, dotata di tutti i comfort

Infine, potremo usufruire della bellissima piscina panoramica dell’hotel a nostra esclusiva disposizione!

I posti disponibili per la milonga sono circa 110 e solo 60 persone potranno alloggiare all’interno dell’hotel. Potranno pertanto dormire all'hotel Fortebraccio i primi 60 iscritti.

Per chi acquista il pacchetto solo Milonghe e volesse partecipare alle cene, il costo di ogni cena o brunch è di euro 25 (la cena è servita ed include un primo, un secondo e un contorno più 1/4 di vino e 1/2 acqua) oppure pizza più bevanda a scelta.

RECESSO:

• Per recesso entro il 30 aprile il rimborso verrà corrisposto per l'intero ammontare versato (esclusi 10 euro di rimborso spese)

• Per recesso dal 1 maggio fino al 31 maggio il rimborso verrà corrisposto per il 50% dell'ammontare versato


• Per recessi oltre tali termini non è previsto alcun rimborso.

Traspiè is proud to invite you to the Summer Gathering.
‘Informal Encuentro Milonguero’ 5th -7th July 2019

An informal event because there will be no separate seating sections for men and women, but also informal in the sense that our focus is to create a friendly environment, in which we can meet each other and exchange experiences between people who want to be together.the summer warmth, and the natural surroundings, will help us find this feeling of sharing and connecting.

Tango – and the set of values of social Tango that we uphold - will be the true protagonists of the event. In all our milongas we invite through “mirada y cabaceo” and respect the milonga codes, both on and off the dance floor through good manners.

We will dance to traditional tango music, structured in tandas and separated by cortinas, favouring the close embrace and respecting space and other dancers around us.
We trust that by respecting these rules, together we can create an atmosphere of care and respect for each other that will be present throughout the whole event.

The beauty of a dance floor is the emotion felt by milongueros and milongueras, which they transmit through their expressions, their embrace and their connection with each other.

…If it were just a matter of steps, it would only be a dance…

The “encuentro” will be inside the Fortebraccio Hotel. The hotel is approximately 3 minutes walking distance from a medieval “borgo” which is among the most beautiful borgos in the world. The building is a beautiful simple and elegant structure from which you can enjoy wonderful panoramic views.

We will dance in a room with a wooden floor and air conditioning. We will pamper you with the renowned cuisine of the Hotel “gonfalone” and to relax there is the possibility of using the small internal spa, equipped with all the comforts.

Last but not least, we can enjoy the beautiful panoramic swimming pool which will available at our exclusive disposal.

There are 110 places available for the milonga, and the hotel can host 60 people. Therefore, the first 60 to book will be able to stay at the hotel.

During the milongas there will be a bar service provided by the hotel.
Food and water will be at everyone’s disposal for free.
RATES

COMPLETE Package € 270 per person in a double room
(A deposit of € 170 is required when registering and must be paid by bank transfer, the remaining € 100 will be given upon arrival).

This includes:
• 2 nights stay in a shared double room: Friday / Saturday (single room surcharge - € 30/night, subject to availibility).
• half board (Dinner on Friday and Saturday. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and Sunday brunch).
• Full access to all milongas.
• unlimited access to the outdoor pool.
• one access to the spa.

MILONGA Package € 80 per person
(full payment should be made by transfer)

This includes
• full access to all milongas

For those who have the Milonga Package and would like to join us for the meals, the cost of each dinner or brunch will be 25€. (Dinner is served and includes a first course, a second with a side dish, as well as a ¼ litre of wine and ½ a litre of water) or a pizza and a drink of your choice.

WITHDRAWAL
• Withdrawal is possible up to the 30th April, 2019. You will be refunded 100% minus a 10€ cancellation fee.
• Those who wish to withdraw between the 1st May and the 31st May will be refunded 50%.
• There will be no refund for those who withdraw after the 30th June, 2019.
HOW To REGISTER

Registration starts on Sunday, 3rd March, 2019 at 22:00.
To register you must send an email with your name, surname, place and date of birth to informalencuentro@gmail.com stating the package which you have chosen, i.e. Complete Package or Milonga PACAKGE.

We will then confirm your registration and send you the payment details so you can proceed to pay by transfer. This payment has to be made within 10 days, otherwise you will lose your place. We would be grateful if you could send us another mail to confirm payment, as this will help us with the logistics of the event.

ATTENTION
The registration is concluded only after receiving a confirmation email from us. This mail confirms that you have actually registered for the event.
