three days of Tango in a fantastic wood, Mondaino's Arboreto is a place of art and nature. A vibrant theatre, a centre of artistic research, a wooden and stone venue built as a big leaf lying upside down. 
right in the heart of summer, the wood of Arboreto and the Teatro Dimora (theatre house) will host everyone with their freshness for three days of nature, hugs, feelings and friendship.

from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th August we will be in the heart of the wood till sunrise with music by:

in the woods there will be chill out zones and massage area. Relaxation and much more ... such as wine tasting !!! … and during the many hours of exciting dancing there will be an opportunity to relax, self-massage and re-condition your body by Gyrokinesis for all tango dancers with Ula Wojtkowiak. Let's go with the flow !!!

and this year, in the woos, there will be enchanted moments for your tired feet too!!! Luisella Piva (with 20 years experience in psycophysical wellness) will take care of the guests of the wood with decontracting, relaxing and recovering massages.

full event ticket is € 120 including:

1) Three days marathon Entrance

2) Friday evening Dinner (local Italian food) and Saturday evening Dinner (Asado)

evening buffet menus include: first & second course, side dishes, dessert, season fruit, drinks and coffee. Vegan and vegetarian menus available.

sunday evening dinner is not included and can be bought directly at the restaurant area on Sunday evening.

3) In the afternoon “aperitipici and Merendone a cm 0” 

open to all the participants both on Saturday and Sunday, a good opportunity to socialise in the wood, to taste local wines and local specialities from Umbria, Romagna, and Marche regions.

4) “prosecco” - Welcome toast & “passerina wine” - Farewell toast

5) Buffet Breakfasts

6) All day Snacks & Beverages (water, juices, fruits and sweets)

7) Saturday & Sunday Gyrokinesis for everybody - in the theatre - with Ula Wojtkowiak


in-boscati ticket doesn't comprehend the entrance to Pre & Post Inb nights (24 and 28 August). The Pre & Post events don't need to be booked and the specific ticket can be paid directly at the entrance of the venue.

registration is exclusively possible through our website and the registration form (you'll find the form on this page). We accept no registrations through Email and/or Facebook. Couple needs to fill only one registration form.

acceptance Criteria
please note that “first come, first served” is not a priority in the selection process. Priority registration will be given to couples, and we will balance the marathon spaces by country, city, leader and follower. The confirmation to participate is strictly personal and is not transferable to another person without the organizers’ authorization.

tre giorni immersi in un bosco da favola. Tre giorni di tango da non perdere. L'arboreto di Mondaino è un luogo di natura per l'arte. Un luogo per la ricerca del bello, situato nelle colline dell’entroterra romagnolo fra Rimini e Cattolica al confine fra la Toscana e le Marche. Poco distante dall'umbria.
immerso nel bosco c'è un teatro splendido, vivo, pulsante, un centro di ricerca artistica, una dimora per la creatività. 
nel culmine dell'estate, il bosco ci accoglie per tre giorni di abbracci, musica e convivialità.

da Venerdì 25 a Domenica 27 Agosto si balla tango nel bosco fino all’alba con la musica di:

dopo le molte ore di ballo non perdete l'opportunità di rilassarvi e massaggiare il vostro corpo con gli incontri di Gyrokinesis condotti da Ula Wojtkowiak. 

quest'anno anche momenti fatati per i vostri piedi affaticati !!! Luisella Piva (con esperienza ventennale nel campo del benessere psicofisico) si prenderà cura degli ospiti del bosco con massaggi decontratturanti, rilassanti, defaticanti.

le Registrazioni aprono Martedì 14 Marzo alle ore 21.30

e' possibile iscriversi come singoli ma verrà data precedenza alle iscrizioni in coppia. L’orario e la data della vostra registrazione non saranno gli unici parametri per la vostra partecipazione ad In-boscati 2017. Si vuole garantire, per la buona riuscita dell'evento, un egual numero fra uomini e donne ed un ponderato equilibrio tra ballerini stranieri ed italiani locali e non.


il costo per l'intero evento è di € 120 e comprende:

1) Entrata ai tre giorni dell'evento

2) le Cene del venerdì e del sabato

la cena della domenica non è inclusa nel biglietto maratona e può essere comprata direttamente la domenica sera. 
i menù cene a buffet prevedono: un primo ed un secondo piatto, contorni vari, dolci, frutta, bevande e caffè. Previsti menù anche per vegetariani e vegani.

3) nel pomeriggio “aperitipici e Merendone a cm 0” 

aperti a tutti i partecipanti il sabato e la domenica. Momenti di socialità immersi nel bosco con vini locali e prodotti tipici dall'umbria, la Romagna e Marche.

5) le Colazioni a buffet

6) tutto il giorno acqua, succhi, frutta e dolci

nel costo In-boscati 2017 non è compresa l'entrata alle serate del Pre & Post In-boscati (24 e 28 Agosto). Per queste serate non serve prenotazione e si paga direttamente all'entrata del locale.
